PE series jaw crusher commonly known as broken jaw, through two jaw movement simulation animal, by moving the movable jaw and the fixed jaw two jaw plates of the materials in the crushing cavity between the extrusion, rolling, rolling crushing. Even though different models have different discharge opening, but the output size can be adjusted according to the requirement of the customer. Normally, there are two ways to adjust output size of jaw crusher . First one is to adjust the gasket. We can put a set of gaskets between the bearing seat and the frame. by changing the number of the gaskets we can achieve the purpose of regulating the discharge opening size. The second one is wedge adjustment. The customer can adjust the output size by using the two wedges between the rear seat of the toggle plate and the frame.The first one is often used for big or medium size jaw crusher while the second is for small ones.
Jaw crusher output size can be adjusted, while design of the structure is optimization. The angle of jaw crusher between toggle plate and the moving jaw decreases when the moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of jaw crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the crushed stone is discharged from the outlet of jaw crusher.
